Bajaj Pulsar 200NS is available in 3 different colors of Graphite Black, Mirage White and Red. The 2017 facelift gets distinctive ‘200’decal on tank extension and a host of cosmetic updates as compared to its earlier counterpart. It measures 2,017mm on length, 804mm in width, 1,075mm in height and has ground clearance of 167mm while wheelbase measures 1,363mm. Seat height is at 805mm and kerb weight stands at 152 kgs. It is fitted with a fuel tank of 12 liter capacity.
2017 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 gets a digital speedometer, trip meter and odometer and an analogue tachometer. It is powered by a BS IV compliant 199cc, liquid cooled, single cylinder engine offering 23 bhp power and 18 Nm torque mated to a 6 speed transmission. ABS is offered as an option. This engine can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 3.87 seconds and from 0 to 200 kmph in 10.28 seconds to hit a top speed of 136 kmph.
Mileage figures stand at 30 kmph in city limits and 40 kmpl on the highway with 35 kmph when combined. Positioned between the Pulsar 220F and Pulsar AS200, the 200NS receives telescopic front forks and preload adjustable rear monoshock. Its brake set up is 280mm front disc and 230mm rear disc brakes. It competes with the likes of TVS Apache RTR 200 4V and Yamaha FZ25.
